I specialise in preparing learners for the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) awarded by the Association for Project Management (APM). My training is designed to simplify key concepts, remove unnecessary jargon, and build the understanding and confidence needed to approach the examination successfully. Exams are arranged through an accredited training provider.
About Me
Hi, I’m Lois.
I am a Senior Project Manager with over eight years of experience delivering projects and supporting organisations in building structured, effective approaches to delivery. I hold a BSc in Computer Science with Business Management and an MSc in Programme and Project Management, alongside experience within PMO environments and certification as a Scrum Master.
My experience spans working with cross-functional and international teams, leading developers, business analysts, solutions consultants and platform owners to deliver successful outcomes. I have supported senior leadership through clear reporting and governance, while also driving change management processes, implementing delivery frameworks, and developing practical tools and templates that improve consistency and control.
I am particularly passionate about making project management clear, practical, and accessible. In 2025, I supported over 60 learners in successfully achieving the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) through an accredited training provider, reinforcing my commitment to developing confident and capable professionals.
Beyond qualifications, I care deeply about how people experience their work. I believe project management should not be about memorising theory for the sake of passing exams, but about building genuine understanding and applying it with confidence and purpose. My work is driven by a passion for personal development, mental wellbeing, and helping individuals approach their careers with clarity, intention, and impact.
